Lipid Nurse Preceptorship Program
To provide nurses and other health care professionals an interactive day of observation and participation in day to day clinical operations. Previous attendees of the Midwest Heart Lipid Tutorial Program, or heathcare professionals who have attended other lipid training seminars and are interested in the management and care of dyslipidemic patients, are welcome to register.

Observation of initial patient visit with lipid nurse clinician
Clinical correlation of laboratory data
Patient case evaluation
Option - Meet with the Clinical Director to review administration functions (a second day may be scheduled if necessary)
